Latest Information and Important Notes on Goods for “The Grand A Bride’s Story Exhibition”

■ Advance Sale Items at the Yamanashi Venue

To commemorate the Yamanashi venue of the exhibition, two new designs of reproduction manuscript prints will be released in advance.

*These items are also scheduled to be sold at the Da Vinci Store in Tokorozawa Sakura Town.

■ Message Corner

A message notebook for Kaoru Mori, which was well received at previous venues, will also be available at the Yamanashi venue.

Please feel free to write your impressions of the works or messages to Ms. Mori. After the exhibition period ends, the notebook will be delivered to Ms. Mori.

■ Important Notes

① Regarding the Exhibition

・Admission tickets can be purchased with cash, in Japanese yen only, or by credit card.
・Please purchase admission tickets on the day of your visit at the 2nd-floor cashier counter. Advance tickets are not available.
・Photography is allowed in the exhibition venue. However, please refrain from using flash photography or filming videos. Please also refrain from photography, audio recording, or video recording in areas where these activities are prohibited.
・Opening hours and other details may be changed without prior notice.
・If the venue becomes crowded, admission may be restricted to ensure visitor safety.
・Photos and videos may be taken inside the venue for documentation purposes. Please note that these photos and videos may be used in future promotional materials for the event.

② Requests for Visitors

・Please do not touch the walls or exhibits.
・Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside the museum and on the museum grounds.
・Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs and service dogs.
・Please refrain from bringing dangerous items or oversized items into the venue.
・Please refrain from visiting in cosplay out of consideration for other visitors.
・Please follow the instructions of museum staff while inside the museum. Visitors who do not follow staff instructions may be refused entry.

③ Regarding Merchandise Sales

・Merchandise will be sold at Caravanserai on the museum’s 2nd floor.
・Quantities are limited. Please note that some items may sell out.
・Merchandise can be purchased even without an exhibition ticket.
・Depending on congestion, entry to the merchandise area may be restricted.
・Exchanging or transferring goods inside or outside the venue, on public roads, or at nearby facilities is strictly prohibited, as it may inconvenience nearby facilities and their users.
・Purchases for resale purposes are strictly prohibited.
・Photography, audio recording, video recording, and all other recording activities are strictly prohibited.
・Please be sure to check the items, sizes, quantities, and change you receive at the time of purchase.
・Returns and exchanges are not accepted except in cases of initial defects.
・For exchanges of defective items, we will need to confirm the receipt and the item purchased.
・Please keep your receipt in a safe place. Exchanges cannot be made without a receipt.
・We do not accept reservations, holds, or later delivery for sold-out items.
・The museum accepts no responsibility for troubles, accidents, theft, or other incidents between visitors inside the venue.
・We do not accept requests to ship purchased items.
・All listed prices include tax.
・The merchandise area accepts cash, in Japanese yen only, and credit cards only.

【Ticket Notes】

*Admission is free for visitors who present a disability certificate or atomic bomb survivor’s certificate. One caregiver may enter for ¥400.
*Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older.
*The “Textiles and Culture of Central Asia” exhibition requires a separate museum admission fee.
*Purchased admission tickets cannot be changed, exchanged, or refunded.
*Visitor bonus goods will be sold and handed out at the 2nd-floor cashier counter.
*Please follow staff instructions when lining up at the venue.
