The café “Caravansarai” is located on the second floor of the museum.
From its bright interior, enclosed by glass on three sides, visitors can enjoy views of JR Koumi Line’s Kai-Koizumi Station, the Yatsugatake Mountains, and the Southern Alps.

Opposite the museum café, three ceramic camels are displayed in a row. Please enjoy them while imagining the landscapes of the Silk Road.

This exhibition room was designed according to the artist’s own concept. Here, visitors can view the Great Silk Road Series, which depicts caravans journeying along the Silk Road, all in one place.

The museum café “Caravan Sarai” is located on the second floor of the museum.
From its bright interior, surrounded by glass on three sides, you can enjoy views of Kai-Koizumi Station on the JR Koumi Line, Yatsugatake, and the Southern Alps.
The café is open not only to museum visitors, but also to those entering freely from Rakuda Park or the adjacent Kai-Koizumi Station. You are welcome to use the café even without visiting the museum. We hope you will stop by.

The café is also closed during winter (from early December until before the following Golden Week).
