If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the museum.
We would like as many people as possible to be able to participate. Thank you for your cooperation.

《Information》
・Up to 10 people can apply at the same time.
・Please pay at the reception desk when you participate, on the day of your visit. Reception will open 10 minutes before your scheduled session.
・Payment is cash only.
・A “○” indicates that there are plenty of spaces available. A “△” indicates that only a few spaces remain. A “×” indicates that the session is fully booked.
・For example, if there are 5 spaces remaining, the “Number of Participants” pull-down menu on the application form will only display up to “4” participants, as the total number includes the applicant and accompanying participants.
・If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact the museum by phone or email at info@silkroad-museum.jp.

・We have received several inquiries saying, “I completed my application, but I have not received an email.” If you register a smartphone or mobile phone email address, you may not be able to receive emails due to domain restrictions, email filters, or settings that block spoofed emails as part of spam prevention measures.
Before applying, please check that your device is set to receive emails from silkroad-museum.jp.

・Regarding the weather, the event will be held in light rain but canceled in the event of severe weather. In light rain, the program will be held under tents. If rainfall becomes heavier, the event may be canceled.
・Please bring work gloves, a hat for sun protection, and drinks. Thank you for your cooperation.
・To help prevent heatstroke, we will install fans at the venue and spray water as needed. We also ask all participants to prepare accordingly.
・Chairs will be provided for all participants at the venue; however, there may not be enough chairs for all accompanying guardians. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
・Reception will begin at the venue about 10 minutes before each program. If you would like to view the museum exhibition beforehand, please come to the museum reception desk. Reception can become crowded just before each session begins. To avoid congestion, we recommend arriving early.

・Please note that the descriptions of premium fossils may change after further research.
