Summer Vacation Special Corner Exhibition: “Megalodon”
The exhibition will feature shark teeth, which have often been discovered as “premium fossils” during the Fossil Excavation Experience. Centered on the teeth of Megalodon, an extinct species that lived from the Early Miocene to the Pliocene, approximately 23 million to 3.6 million years ago, the exhibition will also introduce works depicting sharks by artist Takashi Oda.
For this exhibition, a special illustration of Megalodon created by Professor Takashi Oda will be displayed at life size, measuring approximately 2 meters in height. Please take a photo with it!
